    Client Care Coordinator

    Home Care Assistance (Montreal) Inc., one of the fastest growing home care agencies specializing in senior care, is looking to hire a Client Care Coordinator.

    The candidate must have relevant experience, be highly organized with strong attention to detail. Fluently bilingual, they must have a caring attitude, excellent people skills and enjoy helping seniors. Comfortable with technology, they must be proficient in Word and Excel. A background in health care/social services though not required would be an asset.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Handle client inquiries including the marketing of company services
    • Work with supervisor to ensure quality caregivers are matched with appropriate clients
    • Confirm and verify care giving schedules and ensure all available shifts are covered, and caregivers fulfill their scheduled responsibilities
    • Finalize weekly schedules for payroll and billing purposes
    • Participate in after hours on-call duty to ensure 24 hour availability for staffing/client concerns
    • Build proficiency with ClearCare, our office scheduling software and ensure the accuracy of all maintained records
    • Establish and maintain positive relationship with caregivers
    • Build and expand the Home Care Assistance name within the community
    • Attend and participate in local events on behalf of Home Care Assistance
